Fiber glass UPVC roof sheet adds one layer of Fiber glass mesh inside UPVC sheet,
this layer structure make ASA UPVC roof sheet more strong to resist hot weather, can resist bigger impact and load bigger weight, and this is our Patent tech product.

Product advantage
Compared with traditional resin roof tile, after adding a layer of fiberglass mesh, make resin roof tile more stronger, fireproof, more load-bearing, stronger impact resistance and better resistance to temperature changes (figure below).
Without
fiberglass mesh, resin tile used in high temperature areas will be easy to soft and deform, resulting in the following problems:

Packaging & Shipping
1. Pallet packaging :
length of roof sheet less than 2.0m, should use pallet, easy to load and upload.
2. PE Bags Packaging: length of roof sheet more than 2.0m, should use PE bags, 3-5 pcs/bag.
3. Max container loading : 4000 square meters for 20'GP ; 5000 square meters for 40'GP.
4.We use crane loading, fast, save time.

3. How to install for for lightweight building material roof tile?
Overlap, on the vertical direction overlap 150-200mm, on the horizontal direction overlap one wave.
4. What is the temerature limited of the environment that your roof can be used?
Temperature range: From Minus 35 degree to 72 degree.
5. What color can you produce?
White, blue, brick red, green, grey etc, same as our color swatch. If you need special color, please provide sample.
6. Does you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, we just sent free samples to customers while the customers bear the freight fees.
7. Can you produce according to customers'design?
Sure, we are professional manufacturer,OEM are welcome . But the beginning you need pay the mould open fees,after certain quantity, the open mould fees will be returned as product.
