1. ASA film (0.1mm thickness) - Chemical corrosion resistance, UV resistance, can protect the color lasting for 15~20 years.
2. Steel sheet (0.35mm~0.8mm thickness) -- can resist better high temperature, support longer truss span, High impact resistance, and can load more weight.
3. PVC film (0.1mm thickness) - Chemical corrosion resistance, Heat & Sound insulation.

This product is very applicable for some markets which need roofing product to be able resist High temperature, Chemical corrosion, High impact, can Load more weight, as well as can support Longer truss span (Purlin distance).

1. What are the advantages of PVC roofing tiles compared to zinc, aluminum, steel, and iron roofs?  
Excellent corrosion resistance / never rusts / heat insulation / lightweight / strong toughness / flame retardant.

Yes, we can provide various accessories.  

3. Is PVC roofing tile suitable for extreme climates?  
Of course. Heat resistance value is 0.5 (3 times that of steel). In cold weather, it provides 4-6ºC insulation compared to the outdoors. It can be used in temperatures ranging from -20ºC to 80ºC.  

4. What are the thickness and length of UPVC roofing panels?  
Our thickness ranges from 2.0mm to 3.0mm. The length can be customized. We can produce lengths according to customer requirements. The maximum length for a 20-foot container is 5.8 meters, and for a 40-foot container is 11.8 meters.  

5. What is the weight of UPVC roofing panels?  
The weight depends on the thickness, so please leave your information and download our catalog for more details!  

6. What colors can you produce?  
White, blue, brick red, green, gray, etc., If you need a special color, please provide a sample.
